Totaling 607 islands spread over 2.6 million square kilometres of water, the Federated States of Micronesia is particularly vulnerable to climate change. Changes in rainfall and temperature, increasing frequency of tropical storms, rising sea levels, salinisation and ocean acidification all pose significant threats.

I need more information on how FSM is working to sustain the agricultural production that we have now for future generations to come. For example, what new techniques do we have now for maximizing the number of bananas grown on the island as well as pests techniques?
