Thanks Jacqueline for the coaching. it has helped aBi as an institution to understand the capability of our patners and to empower them with gender responsive Monitoring and Evaluation. Its a good approach to coach for personal skills development.

The coaching trajectory by Jacqueline helped me understand more the MADFA gender project, gain confidence and be more focused. I became more innovative, creative and specific. I also want to become a coach and support others to be like me.

Gender coaching is the best approach of empowering individuals and organizations in gender mainstreaming in Africa. It deals with practical aspects based on the organization's set up and resources and helps to draw a picture of the desired future.
