This is really a practical approach that work for the small holders farmers , somehow I am missing safety net issues in the package .

Pathways is making an interesting argument as to how you can tailor programs to meet the individual vulnerabilities of poor women farmers while operating at scale. This is a program to watch. Hats off to Henry and other CARE colleagues
