"Ethiopia plagued by drought and famine", that's dead story so it's not ethical to characterize the country in this way!!!

I hope the report will give a brief discription about the country's economic status for those who seek it. Furthermore, it is clear and easily understood. Despite this fact, the report lacks some improvement mechanisms and policy suggestions to be used.
