Food and feed shortage

In 2012, countries across the Sahel are once more facing a serious food crisis, affecting millions of pastoralists and agro-pastoralists throughout this region of Africa. Ecologically fragile, the Sahel is increasingly experiencing insufficient rainfall and fluctuating animal and food prices.
