Afghan nomad

The Kuchi, meaning 'migrate' or 'move' in Persian, are Afghanistan's nomadic pastoralists. There are 2-3 million Kuchi in the country, comprising about 10% of the Afghan population. Outside of summer, they live in low elevation winter pastures, like here on Karkar Mountain.
