Big gains from micro-nutrients

In parts of India, up to 50 per cent of children are stunted. Nutrition education and access to micro-nutrient rich cereals, tubers and leafy vegetables could help address this. Processing and cooking must also be considered, as this has a big influence on the level of nutrients absorbed by the body.
