Milk processor Daniel Flaubert, of the Laterie Moderne Le Professionale, outside his dairy in the suburbs of the Burkina Faso capital, Ouagadougou. As one of the new entrepreneurs adding value to livestock products in the country, he believes the new food and animal health regulations will form the bedrock for businesses buying milk or meat from smallscale producers.
