Strafford Twumasi-Afriyie and Demissew Abakemal, plant breeders from CIMMYT and the Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research (EIAR) inspect an improved maize crop. They are working to introduce higher yielding and more nutritious maize varieties to highland farmers.
